Gail

Coming into the business in 1984 with no background in the flooring industry, Gail became one of the best assets to our company. Her education in Interior Design brought us to a new level, contributing to the ever-changing trends that ultimately became a huge part of our success.  By introducing products with a variety of styles, textures and fibers, Gail elevated the Rosanti name and with her innovative mindset, she turned us into who we are today. She loves transforming her customers' spaces with beautiful, stylish and comfortable products. Gail attributes her success at Rosanti to the patience and guidance of her husband, Peter. When she’s not in the office, she loves to spend time in the sun or with her siblings. In the off-season, Gail finds serenity in Florida with Peter & their dog, Harley. 

Peter

In 1967, Peter dove into the flooring business as a technician's helper for his father and his father's business partner at C & G Flooring on Main Street of Westhampton Beach.  At 8 years old (Yes, 8!), Peter would assist on job sites sweeping floors and bringing supplies to the installers as needed. When his father erected Rosanti Floor Covering in 1972, Peter followed, becoming the youngest certified Armstrong linoleum installer at age 13. Peter finds it notable that he learned this business from the ground up, with a well-rounded education and experience in all aspects of the floor covering industry. He was even able to visit the carpet mills to witness the manufacturing process! When asked why he wanted to pursue ownership for a retail flooring company, Peter replied "it's what I knew." Over the last 50+ years, Peter has made Rosanti into a reliable, trustworthy name that local residents can trust. He truly treats this business as his name's sake. After putting in hard work and dedication for this long, he and his wife, Gail are now semi-retired, snowbirding during the winter months, to enjoy warm weather, American muscle cars and motorcycles.
